Shelby is a skilled baker and cookie artist based in Toronto, ON. While having an incredible passion for baking and creating for all of her life and now she has finally launched her own small business in creating, customizing and selling sugar cookies in Toronto, ON. Shelby's Cookie Co. is currently runs on online-ordering basis. Her cookies are an excellent addition to all types of events, parties, showers, weddings, and more!

Shelby's goal is to create smiles and satisfy sweet tooths and impress your audience with beautiful hand-crafted sugar cookies!

As Shelby works on expanding her small business and creating new designs and flavours, she continues to attend markets as a vendor, and takes custom orders and requests for events, birthdays, parties, etc. Pick-up is available in the Bathurst and Eglinton area in Toronto ON. Shelby's Cookie Co. offers online ordering only - no full bakery store front yet, however that is a dream of hers one day!
