Shelby is a skilled, self-taught baker and cookie artist based in Toronto, ON. While having an incredible passion for baking and creating all her life, she decided to turn her passion into a career, launching her own small business in creating beautifully hand-decorated custom sugar cookies in

Toronto, ON.

 

Shelby is a former registered nurse, turned entrepreneur. Although nursing was a beloved career opportunity for Shelby, she turned to follow her dream of starting a bakery business and pursuing her artistic talent. Shelby's Cookie Co. currently runs on online-ordering basis. Her cookies are an excellent addition to all types of occasions, such as showers, corporate events, weddings, and more!

Shelby's goal is to create smiles, satisfy that sweet tooth, and impress audiences with beautiful hand-crafted sugar cookie designs!

As Shelby works on expanding her small business and creating new designs, she continues to attend markets as a vendor, and takes custom orders and requests for events, birthdays, parties, etc. Pick-up is available in the Don Mills & Sheppard area in North York/Toronto ON. Shelby's Cookie Co. offers online ordering only - no full bakery store front yet, however that is a dream of hers one day!
